Behind the Scenes at The Shadow Work Studio…

Things have been a busy little one behind the scenes at The Shadow Work Studio lately.

Although the doors aren’t open just yet, there has already been so much happening behind the scenes to bring the studio, the brand and everything we have planned to life.

From content shoots and branding plans to meetings, training courses and lots of conversations about what The Shadow Work Studio can become, there has been plenty going on behind the scenes.

It has been such an exciting process watching ideas that have lived in my head for so long slowly start to become something real.

There have been plenty of little details to think about too — from how the space will feel and the experiences we want to create, to the treatments, events and wellbeing support we hope to bring to Buxton.

A little thank you

I also wanted to take a moment to say thank you for all of the love and support The Shadow Work Studio has already received.

And we’re not even open yet!

Seeing people already showing interest, sharing our posts, talking about the studio and getting excited about what’s to come honestly means more than I can put into words.

This has been something I’ve been working incredibly hard to bring to life, so seeing that excitement from other people makes all of those behind-the-scenes moments feel even more worthwhile.

And there’s plenty more to come...

We’re still very much in the building and preparing stages, and there is so much more to share over the coming weeks.

From the treatments and experiences we'll be offering to the events, workshops and other plans we have in the pipeline, I’m so excited to slowly start revealing more.

For now, here’s a little look back at some of what I’ve been getting up to behind the scenes.
